Use Quick AI Agent

The applications published in Quick AI Agent are available in Workspace along with a landing page; this page enables you to use Quick AI Agent functionality, such as using Generative AI chat control in a form to get your queries answered.

1. On the header bar of your Workspace, click the Apps menu.

   The App List page appears.

2. On the App Type list, select Quick AI Agent.

   The published AI Agent workflows are displayed as cards. By default, the name, description, and image for each workflow is displayed.

3. To open a specific application, enter the name of the application in the Name field and click Search.

   The specific application is displayed as a card.

4. You can do the following on the application card:

   Open the Create new job form	Click the Run icon , a form opens in a new browser window with a Generative AI chat control.
   Add a note	Click the Notes icon  to display the Add Note dialog box where you can add the text as a note. This note is added on the Collaboration tab in Quick AI Agent and on the Notes tab in the TotalAgility Designer with appropriate details.
