Remove a favorite GL code

If your list of favorites contains a GL code that is no longer necessary, you can remove it from the list by following these steps.

  1. Open a document and if it is not already selected, click on the Lines tab.
  2. Select a line item from the table by selecting its check box.

    The line and its values are displayed in the fields below the table.

  3. Click Choose GL Code.

    The Choose GL Code window is displayed.

  4. In the Favorite GL Codes list, select the code you are deleting.
  5. Select Remove Favorite.

    The GL code is removed from the favorite list.

  6. Select a recent GL code, select a favorite GL code, select a GL code manually, or click Cancel to close the window.
