From the Lines tab

You can choose a recent GL Code directly from the Lines form by following these steps.

  1. Open a document and if it is not already selected, click on the Lines tab.
  2. Select a value from the GL Code list.

    If the necessary GL Code is not listed, click Choose GL Code to manually select a GL code.
