Clean up ERP master data on-demand
It is possible that the content of the ERP master data contains records that are no longer needed and have been removed from the Kofax AP Agility database. If you want to remove the unnecessary records from the ERP master data, do this on-demand by following these steps.
- Log on to AP Agility as an Administrator.

If you are using the Agnostic ERP connector, skip to step
3.
For all other ERP connectors, follow these steps to ensure that the correct ERP connector data is included:

On the menu, select
and select your ERP
connector from the list.
The Edit Connections page is displayed for your ERP connector.
- For the Start Data Load From date, select a date in the past where old data may exist.
- Click Save.
Your ERP connector is updated so that all master data is included in the clean up, and not only the most recent data.

On the menu, select
and select your ERP
connector from the list.

On the menu, select

The Create Jobs pages is displayed.
- From the Category list, select AP Agility.

From the
Process list, select
AP Data Import.
The Initialization Data is updated for the selected process.
- Select Clean up Master Data to clean any data that is no longer needed.

Click
Create.
The AP Data Import job is started and a job ID is provided.
- Optionally, click on the job ID to follow the progress of the process.
