Known issues

This topic contains information about potential issues that you may encounter while installing and using ControlSuite 1.5.0 and earlier versions. Workarounds are provided, when available. ID numbers are listed in descending order.

2084463 Konica Minolta Unified Client: Scan job failed with HTTP2 protocol enabled Unable to use the Unified Client scan application on Konica Minolta devices when HTTP version is set to HTTP2 The issue is resolved by setting HTTP version to HTTP1.
  1. Login to device web portal and Navigate to Network > OpenAPI > OpenAPI Settings.
  2. Set HTTP Version String to HTTP/1.1.
  3. Navigate to Network > WebDAV Settings > WebDAV Client Settings.
  4. Set HTTP Version String property to HTTP/1.1
2073976 Ricoh Combined Client: Equitrac configuration issue Ricoh legacy client is not working with DWS/Equitrac after a DWS security enhancement. Replace Apache-Tomcat in [Installation folder]\Kofax\Shared Services\DWS with version 9.0.80.

HP Unified Client: Kofax app icon error

The Kofax app icon appears white on HP E-series devices when DWS fails over. The issue is resolved by restarting the device.
