Known issues

This topic contains information about potential issues that you may encounter while installing and using ControlSuite 1.5.0 and earlier versions. Workarounds are provided, when available. ID numbers are listed in descending order.

1943561 Web Client: CAS connection error After upgrade, accessing Web Client fails with error stating that CAS is not available. Restart the Equitrac Application Pool.
1943177 Devices: List update issue Deleted Xerox embedded device may show in the list of devices after upgrade. Previously deleted printer should be deleted again. If unable to determine which one was the previously deleted printer, please contact Technical Support for assistance.
1665932 Card swipe not working after changes to Input type User will not be able to login with card swipe after the Equitrac server changes Input type from keypad only to card swipe. Restart the device to force DWS to retrieve settings from the Equitrac server. After restart, login with keypad to send WEDP request with device token to the Equitrac server.
