The following new features are introduced for Device Registration Service.

  • DRS uses TLS 1.3 or TLS 1.2 and HTTPs to communicate with the ControlSuite server applications and devices.
  • DRS Action History includes link to the Device log and log folder.
  • A confirmation message appears before starting a group task.
  • Ability to move Device Groups and Devices within DRS.
  • Ability to upload multiple files or folders.
  • Option to skip a Device if an error occurs in the CSV file during import.
  • Export Devices with Device Groups and Applications.
  • Update Apache Tomcat and Amazon Corretto to the latest version.
  • HP Unified Client: Support for Inepro card readers.
  • Konica Minolta Unified Client, Xerox Unified Client: Administrators can change the application icon displayed on the home screen of the device.
  • Konica Minolta Unified Client: Administrators can change the default landing page for users after successful logon.
  • Ricoh Unified Client: Compatibility with Flexible Admin Roles (FAR) on new gen devices.
  • Ricoh Unified Client: DRS now uses RXOP 3.8.9.
