You can access the documentation online as well as in offline mode.
Online documentation
The product documentation for Import Connector 2025.1 is available online:
https://docshield.tungstenautomation.com/Portal/Products/ImportConnector/2025.1-hvkop6cznw/tic.htmTo launch the online help for the installed version of the product, click Help within the Tungsten Capture Plug-In main menu.
Offline documentation
If the security policy for your organization restricts Internet access and requires you to access offline documentation while working with Import Connector, you can download the compressed documentation files from the Tungsten Automation Fulfillment Site. For each language, a separate documentation package is available to download as a compressed file, such as TungstenImportConnectorDocumentation_2025.1_EN.zip for English and TungstenImportConnectorDocumentation_2025.1_JA.zip for Japanese.
The documentation .zip file includes the help folder. The help folder contains online help for the Capture Plug-In and Message Connector. The .zip file for the Japanese language contains only the Message Connector localized help files.
- From the Tungsten Automation Fulfillment Site, download the documentation .zip file for the language you require.

Extract the contents of the compressed documentation file and do the following:

For English, copy the contents of the extracted KIC_mchelp to:
\\Import Connector\MC\web\en\WebHelp
For Japanese, copy the contents of the extracted KIC_mchelp to:
\\Import Connector\MC\web\ja\WebHelp
If the WebHelp folder does not exist, create the folder.

Copy the contents of the extracted KIC_pluginhelp to:
\\Import Connector\Capture PlugIn\Web\WebHelp

Navigate to the installation folder and do the following:

For Message Connector help:

Open configuration.xml in a text editor from the following location:
\\Tungsten\Import Connector\MC\web

Locate the <OnlineHelp>1</OnlineHelp> section and replace 1 with 0.

For Capture Plug-In help:
-
Open configuration.xml in a text editor from the following location:
\\Import Connector\Capture PlugIn\Web

Locate the <OnlineHelp>1</OnlineHelp> section and replace 1 with 0.

Save and close the configuration file.
Clicking the Help icon will launch the help for the installed product.
