What's new

This section summarizes the new features in Tungsten Analytics for Capture 2025.4.

  • Rebranding: The Analytics for Capture product and documentation are updated to align with Tungsten Automation branding. Previously, Tungsten Automation Corporation was known as Kofax, Inc.
  • User tracking: Must be enabled to publish a batch class.
  • Batch Events: Ability to use the Batch Events list to determine which document fields have changed.
  • Batch History: Ability to use the Batch History to determine which operator worked on a given module.
  • Audit reports: Added features from Tungsten Capture 11.1 and 11.2.
  • User interface changes:
    • There is a new In Progress status for batches beside the existing Ready, Suspended, Error, and Reserved. The In Progress status can only be shown if SendingInProgressSessions element is enabled. For more details, refer to Appendix B of the Administrator's Guide.
    • New Operator column is added to batch history grids.
    • The Extraction View is updated to display the total number of documents with changed fields.
    • Analytics for Capture shows the order of the displayed records in milliseconds, instead of in minutes and seconds.
    • Swimlane views contain the percentages.
