If the security policy for your organization restricts Internet access, you can access the documentation for use in offline mode (without an active Internet connection) while working with Tungsten Analytics for Capture. To obtain the documentation for offline use, download it from the Tungsten Automation Fulfillment Site.

1. On the Tungsten Automation Fulfillment Site, use the filtering options on the Downloads page to display the list of Tungsten Analytics for Capture 2025.4 files.

2. Download TungstenAnalyticsForCaptureDocumentation_2025.4_EN.ZIP from the Downloads page on the Tungsten Automation Fulfillment Site.

3. Extract the contents of the compressed documentation file to a folder that is accessible to your Tungsten Analytics for Capture installation.
