Use this tab to specify an image format for your exported images.

Export Images As

Select a file format/compression format combination to use for your images. The images export and import to the IBM Content Manager Enterprise destination. The default image type is Multipage TIFF – G4.

Image and non-image files are exported based on various combinations of selected file formats, compression formats, and non-image file support.

To export Kofax PDF documents:

• Kofax Capture: Select Kofax PDF generation in the applicable document class and add the PDF Generator queue to the applicable batch class.

• Kofax TotalAgility: The TotalAgility process should have the PDF Generation activity.

• Kofax Express: Select Job Setup > Export Setup > PDF Setup or select Job Setup > PDF Options.

To export eDocuments:

• Kofax Capture: Select Allow import of eDocument files from the Batch Class Properties > Advanced tab.

• Kofax TotalAgility: Select Designer > Process Designer > Process > Export activity > Properties > Configuration, and verify that the Export Source Document value is set to Yes.

• Kofax Express: Not applicable.
