Login form

Use the Login Form to access the setup window where you configure preferences for exporting images, OCR full text files, PDF documents, eDocuments, and index data to IBM Content Manager Enterprise.

To export to IBM Content Manager Enterprise, the logged-in user must have permissions add or edit the folders and documents on the Content Manager library server.

User Name

Enter your IBM Content Manager Enterprise user name.

Note that if this is the first time that you are logging on to this export connector, the user name is blank. After a successful login, the export connector displays the most recent user name.

Password

Enter your IBM Content Manager Enterprise password associated with the user name.

Library Server

On the list, select the IBM Content Manager Enterprise library server where documents, images, and data will be exported and stored. The list includes all available Content Manager library servers based on the network table file. The library server information is used during the export process to log in to the IBM Content Manager Enterprise system.

If unable to log in during export, prompt for valid login information

Select this option to prompt for a user name and password when the export connector is not able to log in to the IBM Content Manager Enterprise system at export time. Note the following:

  • If selected and there is a problem logging in to IBM Content Manager Enterprise, the Login Form appears during export. You can then enter valid login data and click OK. However, if you click Cancel, the export fails. With Kofax Capture, the batch is routed to the Quality Control module.

  • If not selected and problems occur when logging in to IBM Content Manager Enterprise, the IBM Content Manager Enterprise Login Information window does not appear during export. Export fails, and for Kofax Capture, the batch is routed to the Quality Control module.

Note Do not select this option if you plan to run Export as a service or plan to run the Export process during off-hours. The Login Form requires a manual response from a user.
