Use this window to export one or more fuzzy databases so that they can be imported from another Kofax Search and Matching Server.

Use the following settings to configure database export.

Export file name

Browse to a location and specify a file name for the exported databases.

Available Databases

A list of databases that have the database status Ready or Error is displayed. Note that any database that you have selected in the previous view is automatically selected in the list for export.

Options

Choose from one of the following values for the type of export.

• Full export.

  Saves the selected fuzzy databases and its settings as a zip file.

  If you create a database from an uploaded file you may want to export all selected databases with the Full export setting.

• Export settings only.

  Saves the settings of the selected databases, but not the fuzzy database itself, which is created automatically during the import. This is useful for large databases to reduce the size of the export zip file. In this case the server where you import the exported zip file will need to import the database based on the imported settings.

In addition to the common buttons, the following button is provided at the bottom of the window:

Export

Exports the selected fuzzy databases using the configured export settings.
