To change map properties outside of the TotalAgility environment, use the TotalAgility Workspace.

From the Workspace:

• View and change the properties of a map and map activities.

• For a process, view performance statistics such as the percentage and number of jobs completed within budget and the assigned duration, the average duration and cost of jobs, and other statistics. View the process performance regardless of the process version.

• For activities in a process, view performance statistics such as the percentage and number of activities completed within the assigned duration. Use these statistics to determine how cost or time effective a process is and if you need to make adjustments to improve performance.

• When you view the process in a process viewer and select a flow line between the activities, the line is highlighted so that it is easier to identity the path between activities. This is helpful when there are multiple paths into or out of an activity.

• Document a process.
