Search for a resource

Search and locate a user or group using resource name or various search criteria. For example, search for a resource who is a supervisor, or belongs to a specific group.

  1. On the Administration menu, click Manage Resources.

    The Manage Resources page appears with the list of users, groups and external users.

  2. Do one of the following:

    • Perform search based on the resource name only:

      1. In the Find Resource box, enter the resource name.

      2. Click Go. The resource matching the search criteria appears in the table.

    • Perform search using the various search criteria:

      1. Click Advanced Search.

      2. On the Advanced Search page, specify the search criteria.

        Search Criteria

        Description

        Name

        Enter the required user or group resource name.

        Category

        Select the required category.

        Belongs To Supervisor

        Search for a resource under a particular supervisor.

        Belongs To Group

        Search for a resource under a particular group.

      3. Click Search. The list of resources appears.
