Manage solutions

You can modify, delete and lock or unlock a solution.

Navigate to the Capture solutions list page.

The list of solutions is displayed.
Do any of the following for the solution you want to manage:
- Click the solution to modify. Alternatively, on the context menu of the solution, click Edit.
  
  The Solution details page appears. Make changes as needed and save the solution.
- To delete a solution, on the context menu of the solution to delete, click Delete.
  
  On confirmation, the selected solution is deleted.
  Note You cannot delete a solution that has live jobs associated with it.
- To lock a solution, on the context menu of the solution, click Lock.
  Note You cannot lock a solution that is locked by someone else.
- To unlock a solution, on the context menu of the solution, click Unlock.
- To export a solution, on the context menu of the solution, click Export. See Import and export a capture solution.

Edit solution in Kofax TotalAgilityDesigner

Navigate to Workflow >Business processes.
Click the capture solution to edit.

A confirmation message appears.
Click Yes if you choose to remove the capture solution leaving the generated items as standalone items.

Note After you edit the solution in Kofax TotalAgility Designer, you cannot edit it again in Quick Capture.
