Validate the field values

Allows you to configure a validataion activity in the solution.

Assign individuals or groups to validate the extracted field

  1. To manually validate the extracted field values, select Yes using the toggle button. (Default: No)

    The invalid fields are highlighted for you to validate.

  2. To add validators do either of the following:
    To create a new resource, click Create new.

    1. In the New group dialog box, enter the name for the group.

    2. Click Add to add group members.

      The Add group members dialog box is displayed.

    3. Add individuals or groups and click Done.

    4. Click Save.

    To add an existing resource, click Add.

    1. In the Add validators dialog box, add groups or individuals.

    2. Click Done

  3. Enter the Average duration duration to complete the validation. (Default: Minutes)

    You can additional validators if needed.
