The KADMOS recognition engine, developed by re Recognition GmbH, was available as a separately licensed option in earlier Kofax TotalAgility versions. Kofax TotalAgility 7.4.1 however, does not include the KADMOS engine.

Existing projects that currently have recognition profiles that use the KADMOS recognition engine in Kofax TotalAgility 7.4.1 can still use that engine for this version. However, later versions of Kofax TotalAgility no longer support the KADMOS recognition engine. This means that you need to modify your KADMOS profiles to use either the RecoStar or the ABBYY FineReader engine, as they are both installed by default with Kofax TotalAgility.

Also, you should use either the RecoStar or the ABBYY FineReader recognition engine when creating any new recognition profiles.
