Batch Settings tab

Use the Batch Settings tab to define behavior for the batch, for example after you have fixed all problems of the documents and the batch.

End of Batch Behavior

The options in this group define the behavior of a batch when all problems have been reviewed and fixed. The following options are available:

Keep batch open (even when all problems are fixed)

Select this option to prohibit a batch from closing automatically when the last problem is fixed. Instead you have to manually close the batch. This option is cleared by default.

Prompt before closing batch

When all documents in the batch are processed, a message is displayed and asks you if you want to close the current batch. This option is selected by default.

Open next batch automatically

When this option is enabled, the next batch automatically opens when a batch is closed. If Poll for next batch (seconds) is selected, the module checks for batches to be processed based on the specified polling interval. If there is a batch waiting, it opens immediately. This option is selected by default.

Poll for next batch (seconds)
This option is available on when the Open next batch automatically option is selected. When enabled, set the polling interval in seconds. This option is cleared by default.
Override default thumbnail size

Select this option to allow resizing the thumbnail images in order to more effectively utilize larger high resolution monitors. When selected, you can use a slider to overwrite the default size-settings of the thumbnail images with your own size. You can do that in 50% steps, from 50% to 400% in respect of the default size.

Script

This group has the following option:

Activate script debugging

When selected, the Script Editor window can be displayed and scripts can be debugged in Document Review. By default, this option is cleared and may be disabled completely by your solution integrator.

Batch Open Behavior

The option in this group defines how documents are displayed when a batch first opens. The option is as follows:

Document display behavior
Select an option to configure how this module behaves when a new batch is opened. Select one of the following:
  • Expand documents with problems

When this option is selected, all documents without problems remain collapsed and all documents with problems are expanded. This is the default value for this option.

  • All documents collapsed

When this option is selected, all documents are collapsed, regardless of their problems.

  • Expand all documents

When selected, all documents are expanded, regardless if they have a problem or not.
