Menu bar
Document Review provides a standard, Windows-style menu bar with the following menus.
Many of the following menu settings are also available on shortcut menus dependent on the item or items selected.
- Batch

This menu has the following settings:
- Open Batch

Displays a list of available batches.
- Close Batch

Exits the current batch.
- Sort Batch
-
Sorts the batch in class order.
This setting is available only when the Allow document sorting setting is enabled on the Extended Synchronization Settings window when configuring a batch class.
- Suspend Batch
-
Saves and closes the current batch so it can be processed at a later time.
- Exit
-
Closes the module.
- Edit
-
This menu has the following settings:
- Copy Page

Duplicates the selection to be pasted elsewhere.
- Copy Page to New Document
-
Duplicates the selected page and pastes it into a newly created document after the current document.
- Copy Document
-
Duplicates the selection to be pasted elsewhere.
- Paste
-
Places the copied or cut selection in the desired position.
- Reject
-
Flags the selection so it is sent to Kofax Capture Quality Control and displays the Rejection Note window.
- Unreject

Removes the rejection flag from the current selection.
- View
-
This menu has the following settings:
- Zoom In
-
Increases the magnification of the current page in the Document Viewer.
- Zoom Out
-
Decreases the magnification of the current page in the Document Viewer.
- Best Fit
-
Adjusts the magnification of the image so it fits within the Document Viewer.
- Add Sticky Note
-
Enables you to add a Sticky Note to the image in the Document Viewer.
- Display Sticky Notes

Enables you to view, add, edit, and delete Sticky Notes on the image in the Document Viewer.
- Enable Mark Mode

Select to enable the Mark Mode. This enables you to select multiple documents and pages with the Space bar rather than using Ctrl + Click with a mouse.
When enabled, a check is displayed in the menu beside the setting and the Mark Mode indicator in the Status Bar is no longer greyed out. When disabled, the check is not displayed and the Mark Mode indicator in the Status Bar is greyed out.
- Document

This menu has the following settings:
- First Document

Navigates to the first document in the batch.
- Previous Document
-
Navigates to the previous document in the batch.
- Next Document
-
Navigates to the next document in the batch.
- Last Document
-
Navigates to the last document in the batch.
- Change Class
-
Opens the class list for the selected document for reclassification.
- Confirm Class
-
Approves the suggested class for the selected document.
- Delete Document
-
Removes the selected document.
- Merge to Previous
-
Combines selected documents that are located next to each other into a single document.
- Merge
-
Combines the selected documents into a single document.
- Split before Current Page
-
Splits and creates a new document starting with the selected page. This item is not available for the first page or document, or if a document contains a single page only.
- Expand All
-
Expands all documents in the Batch Content pane.
- Collapse All
-
Collapses all documents in the Batch Content pane.
- Move Document to Top
-
Moves the selected document to the beginning of the batch. This menu item is not available for the first document in the batch.
- Move Document Up
-
Moves the selected document one position higher in the batch.
- Move Document Down
-
Moves the selected document one position lower in the batch.
- Move Document to Bottom
-
Moves the selected document to the end of the batch. This menu item is not available for the last document in the batch.
- Page

This menu has the following settings:
- Delete Page
-
Removes the selected page.
- Rotate Left
-
Rotates the selected page 90° to the left.
- Rotate Right
-
Rotates the selected page 90° to the right.
- Rotate 180°
-
Rotates the selected page by 180°.
- Rotate All Pages of Document to the Left
-
Rotates all pages of a document 90° to the left.
- Rotate All Pages of a Document to the Right
-
Rotates all pages of a document 90° to the right.
- Rotate All Pages of Document 180°
-
Rotates all pages of a document by 180°.
- Rotate All Pages of Batch to the Left
-
Rotates all pages of a batch 90° to the left.
- Rotate All Pages of Batch to the Right
-
Rotates all pages of a batch 90° to the right.
- Rotate All Pages of Batch 180°
-
Rotates all pages of a batch by 180°.
- Move Page to Beginning

Moves the selected page to the beginning of the document. This menu item is not available for the first page in the document.
- Move Page Left
-
Moves the selected page one position left in the document.
- Move Page Right
-
Moves the selected page one position right in the document.
- Move Page to End
-
Moves the selected page to the end of the document. This menu item is not available for the last page in a document.
- Problem

This menu has the following settings:
- Previous Problem
-
Navigates to the previous problem in the batch.
- Next Problem
-
Navigates to the next problem in the batch.
- Override Problem
-
Overrides the current problem and puts the document or batch into a valid state.
- Restore Problem
-
Restores the problem state of the current document or batch.
- Options
-
This menu has the following settings:
- Show Script
-
Opens the Script Code window so you can debug the script, if enabled by your solution integrator.
To debug a script, the Activate script debugging setting must be enabled on the Batch Settings tab of the Settings window.
- Select Language
-
Engages you to select one of the available languages for the application interface.
- Settings
-
Displays the Settings window where you can make user-specific settings.
- Help
-
This menu has the following settings:
- Contents
-
Displays the help for this module or window.
- About
-
Displays information about the module.
