Enable Validation users to mark documents for extraction online learning

You can enable Validation users to mark documents for extraction online learning. These documents then are used to train and improve the extraction results for your project.

  1. On the Project tab, in the Configuration group, select Project Settings Project Settings icon.
  2. On the General tab, in the Online Learning, click Advanced.

    The Advanced Online Learning Options window is displayed.

  3. In the General Settings group, select Use Extraction Online Learning

    A button is displayed on the Validation toolbar. Clicking that button in Validation marks the selected document for Extraction Online Learning.

  4. Optionally, configure other Extraction Online Learning Settings.
  5. When finished, click OK.

    The Advanced Online Learning Options window is closed and your changes are saved.

  6. Optionally, click OK to close the Project Settings window.
