Settings Window - Batch Settings Tab
Use the Batch Settings tab to define behavior for the batch, for example after you have indexed the last field on a document or finished the last document of a batch. The following settings are available:
- Last Field Accepted Behavior
- This group defines what happens after fixing the last field in a
batch. It has the following setting:
- Prompt before closing document
-
When all fields in the document are processed, a message is displayed and asks you if you want to close the current document. This setting is selected by default.
- End of Batch Behavior
- This group defines what happens when a batch is fully processed. It
has the following settings:
- Prompt before closing batch
-
When all documents in the batch are processed, a message is displayed and asks you if you want to close the current batch. This setting is selected by default.
- Open next batch automatically
-
When this setting is enabled, the next batch is automatically displayed when a batch is closed. If Poll for next batch (seconds) is selected, the module checks for waiting batches based on the specified polling interval. If there is a batch waiting, it is displayed immediately. This setting is selected by default.
- Poll for next batch (seconds)
- This setting is available on when the Open next batch automatically setting is selected. When enabled, set the polling interval in seconds. This setting is cleared by default.
