Use sticky notes

You can add a comment using sticky notes to an image in a document that is visible to all operators processing this batch in subsequent modules. A date and time stamp is added to the sticky note window when it is created. For the Thin Clients, the date and time stamp are based on your Web browser region settings. The date and time stamp is then updated every time the sticky note is edited. In addition, if configured by your solution integrator, the name of the person who adds or makes a change is also added to the sticky note.

Your solution integrator may have disabled this setting.

For example, you are processing a batch that contains an invoice that was addressed to a person who no longer works in your company. You can add a comment to this document, and when you close the batch, that document can be routed to another operator to address the issue.

This feature is not available in Batch Edit mode and any existing sticky notes are hidden from view.

You cannot zoom, scroll, or pan the main image while a sticky note window is open.

  1. Ensure the image in the Document Viewer pane is visible.
  2. On the View menu, select Display Sticky Notes.
