Batch editing / folder editing

Button Description
19.png Reject Batch

Rejects the batch and suspends it in the Capture/Import workflow step.

20.png Combine with Previous Folder

Combines the current folder with the folder that comes before it. This function appends all documents in the selected folder to the previous folder.

21.png Rename Folder

Renames the currently selected folder.

22.png Delete Folder

Deletes the selected folder and all its contents from the batch.

23.png Reject Folder

Rejects the folder and sends it to the exception batch linked to the current batch. If the current batch does not have an associated exception batch yet, it is created.

Document editing

Button Description
25.png Create New Folder

Creates a new folder containing this document and all the documents that follow it in the original folder.

26.png Combine with Previous Document

Combines the current document with the document that comes before it. This function appends all pages in the selected document to the previous document.

27.png Delete Document

Deletes the selected document and all its contents from the batch.

28.png Reject Document

Rejects the current document and sends it to the exception batch linked to the current batch. If the current batch does not have an associated exception batch yet, it is created.

29.png Save Document

Saves the current document.

30.png Print Document

Prints the current document.

31.png Page Information

Displays the Page Information dialog box. See Page information.

Page editing

Button Description
32.png Split Document

Splits one document into two documents with the selected page being the first page in the new document. The selected page and all the pages that follow it in its original document are added to a new document that is created immediately after the original document.

33.png Save Page

Saves a page from the batch to the disk.

34.png Print Page

Prints the current page.

36.png Insert Page Before

35.png Insert Page After

Inserts a new page into a document before or after the currently selected page.

37.png Replace Page

Replaces the selected page with a new page.

38.png Crop Page

Crops out an area from the current page. The cropped portion can replace the current page, it can be inserted as a new page in the current document or inserted as a new document.

39.png Redaction

Blacks out a selected area of the current page.

40.png Delete Page

Deletes the currently selected page from the batch.

41.png PDF Bookmarking

Creates PDF bookmarks for a page.

42.png On Demand PDF Bookmarking OCR

Creates a PDF bookmark using on demand OCR. When selected, you can draw a box around an area of the page, and the text selected is processed and used for the PDF bookmark name. See PDF Bookmarking.

43.png On Demand PDF Bookmarking ICR

Creates a PDF bookmark using on demand ICR. When selected, you can draw a box around an area of the page, and the text selected is processed and used for the PDF bookmark name. See PDF Bookmarking.

44.png Page Information

Displays the Page Information dialog box. See Page information.
