Slides Options

The dialog box offers conversion settings in WPS Slides when converting a document to a PDF file using the Tungsten PDF tab. This feature requires the PDF Create Export Add-in installed with Power PDF.

To display the dialog box, select Create PDF or Create PDF and E-mail on the Tungsten PDF ribbon tab, then select Options in the Save As dialog box.

The dialog box contains the following sections:

PDF Settings

To edit a profile:

  1. Select a profile in the Default Settings list.

  2. Click Edit to open the PDF Settings dialog box and edit the profile.

Power PDF uses two independent sets of profiles to organize PDF output settings. See Profiles for details.

Application settings

Set the details of the PDF file.

  • Embed document information: Select this check box to transfer the document metadata provided with the source file to the PDF.

  • Create bookmarks: Select this check box to transfer the bookmarks to the PDF file.

  • Convert hidden slides: Select this check box to include hidden files in the output.

  • Keep the Author, Application, and Producer tags empty: Select this check box to comply with enhanced metadata requirements.
