Set up a page assembly

Page Assembly runs in a floating window and lets you open one or more PDF documents and easily switch between as needed.

  1. Select Home > Document Assembly, then select Page Assembly.
  2. An Open dialog box allows you to select one or more files; their pages appear in the Page Assembly floating window, with a separate tab for each selected document.
  3. Optionally, use the Zoom controls to change the size of the page displays.
  4. Select one, several or all pages and select Insert. Optionally, drag the pages from the Page Assembly floating window into the active document, targeting the preferred position between pages.
  5. If you selected Insert, specify a page number after which the pages should be inserted. If you dragged, then no need to specify the page number.
  6. Repeat the process for pages from other documents.
  7. Click the Close button top right to close the dialog box.
