Classify view

ClosedTo access this dialog:

This dialog is displayed when the needs to manually classify a document or compound document, or confirm a match.

If it is not already displayed, select Current document / Compound Document > Classify manually. By default, the dialog is displayed in the bottom right corner of the Production module.

You can toggle the dialog on and off using the Ctrl+A keyboard shortcut.

Use these settings to manually classify a document or manually classify a compound document:

Classify compound document (displayed only when compound documents are present)

Displays the compound document specifications found in the current batch.

Classify

Classifies the compound as the selected specification type.

Document specification

Displays the document specifications and layouts found in the current production task.

Match %

Shows how closely a suggestion matches one of the document specifications or layouts in the current production task.

If the document matches a specification, but not its page logic, the message Incorrect number of pages is displayed.

DPI

The resolution of this page of the layout, in dots per inch.

Shortcut

Displays any shortcuts assigned to document specifications, allowing you to more quickly classify documents. (Instructions.)

Quick search

Helps you to quickly find the different document specifications belonging to the production task using either shortcuts or the first letter(s) of the specification name. (Instructions.)

Classify

Classifies the document as the selected specification type.

 

Note: The confidence level set in the Administration module determines how close a match must be in order for it to be accepted. The security level also determines how different the best guess must be from the next in order to be automatically classified and bypass manual confirmation.
