Verifying batches

To verify batches of forms:

Start the Verify job.
If you have user-selected batches, select one or more batches from the list and click OK. (How?)

If batches come to your workstation automatically, you do not have to do anything special when verifying batches.
Verify the forms.
You can use these commands:
- Select Batch ð Skip to skip the batch for the time being. Changes already made to the current form and previous forms in the batch are saved.
- Select Batch ð Scroll in batch to list the forms in the batch.
- Select Batch ð Delete to remove the whole batch (including all its forms) from the databases.
After you finish the batch, you can click the Start button to select a new batch.

Tips

While any operator is working on a batch, no other operators can work on it.
With user-selected batches, select only the batches you will verify. When you have selected a batch, other operators cannot select it.
The forms in a batch are not transferred in Transfer until all of them are interpreted.
