If export of field images is specified in the job description but fields are not being exported, you may be trying to export them from unidentified forms or using the wrong module.
You cannot export field images from unidentified forms. Deselect in the Scan job description.
If you from forms that have copy fields, you must export the images from:
Scan, if you use Scan as the source of the forms—meaning that Internal is selected in the Interpret job description.
Interpret, if you import image files instead of using Scan.
Otherwise, only copy fields are saved; no other field images are exported.
You cannot select Export when scanned on the Export tab of the Job description dialog if your storage method is Store forms to files after identification or Store forms to files without identification, because in these cases the field images are not available until interpretation.
If you want to export field images during scanning, select Store forms in database as the storage method.
If the storage method is Store forms to files after identification, select Export when interpreted or Export when transferred.
