[Interpret]

This flag can be used to change the behavior when interpretation of characters in the table rows is uncertain. For example, O (the capital letter) and 0 (the number) can be misinterpreted when interpreting license plate numbers.

• 0 - The interpreted value is used for uncertain characters.
• 1 - Characters that best fit the format are used when uncertain.
