Substitutions
If configured in your system, when another user is absent, you can act as an active substitute (for planned periods of absence, such as vacation), or as a passive substitute (for unplanned absence, such as illness).
As a substitute, you can display and process the documents of the other user for the duration of the substitution. As an active substitute, you will receive an email notification when a document is sent to the other user. The document will then be available in your approval Worklist.
The documents you receive as a passive substitute are displayed in their own Worklist category.
