If data is missing from the Production Summary, Capture Statistics, or Detailed Capture Statistics reports, please ensure the that following preparatory steps were completed:
In the dialog, and must be selected – see Collecting statistical data.
In the dialog, must be selected – see Creating or editing a document type.
In the field definitions, must be selected – see Creating a field definition or Creating a table definition.
In the Report Manager Dashboard, you must specify which activity is the – see Configuring a reporting category.
The Agent for Reporting must be configured – see Configuring a system agent.
The data is saved in the W_DocReport and W_FieldReport tables of the Statistics database.
