Simple controls

SignDoc Assistant uses visual indicators to simplify your experience:

• Blue background indicates new (unread) notifications or tasks.
• Blue or yellow side line for tasks indicate that the tasks need your special attention (see Tasks overview for more details).
• Special icons and their colors indicate different types and statuses of notifications and tasks (see Notifications overview and Tasks overview for more details).

While using the app, you can do the following:

• To refresh the display status, select the Notifications or Tasks tab, swipe down, and then release. An activity indicator appears and shows the loading progress until the process is finished.
• To go to the associated task, tap the notification. A notification with a chevron icon has an associated task.
• To remove items from the Notifications tab, swipe from right to left and tap the delete icon.

Signing packages that are deleted by the creator or delegated by you to another person are automatically removed from view in SignDoc Assistant after the data is refreshed.
