Tasks overview

Task tab is indicated by header Tasks or icon .

SignDoc Assistant supports the following types of tasks:

• Signing request

  Request to sign documents in a package

• Review request

  Request to review documents in a package

Each task tile includes an icon and a header indicating its type, date/time of task sent, package name and a Show more label. If tapped, the expanded tile shows:

• package description (if provided by a package creator; package description is also expandable if exceeds two rows)
• package status
• expiration date (if provided by a package creator; expiration date is highlighted by red font if expiring today or tomorrow)
• last updated date/time
• sender email
• button Signing or Review (if action is available)

You will meet the following types of icons indicating task status:

• New task

  Active signing / review request

• Pending task

  Signing / review request completed by you but waiting for action from other signers / reviewers

• Completed task

  Signing / review request completed by all signers / reviewers

• Expiring soon task

  Active signing / review request that needs your urgent attention

• Expired task

  Signing / review request that is expired and no longer available

• Declined / voided task

  Signing / review request that is declined by signer / reviewer or voided by creator

For your convenience, the tasks that need your attention are indicated by sideline on the left:

• Blue sideline

  Indicates active tasks (tasks that need your action to sign/review)

• Yellow sideline

  Indicates urgent action (task is expiring soon: today or tomorrow)
