How to access your data
At Tungsten Automation, we are committed to giving you clear, practical access to the data you generate and manage with our service.
This topic lists the data types collected by Tungsten SignDoc and indicates whether they can be exported to another environment:
- Signing session data: Applies to data related to the signing session, such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, or biometric details. To access or export signing session data, it must be done programmatically via the API. For details, refer to the Tungsten SignDoc Standard Developer's Guide.
- Configuration data: Applies to data related to your SignDoc
configuration, including account details, user preferences, licenses, and other
settings.
- To access configuration data, see Administer account.
- To export account data from the user interface, see Export/Import.
- To export account or other configuration data programmatically, you can use the REST API. For details, refer to "Export configuration settings and/or document types" in Chapter 3 in the Tungsten SignDoc Standard Developer's Guide.
