Signing session data

SignDoc collects data during the signing session, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, and biometric data. Data collection may vary, depending on the user role.

SignDoc Standard does not transfer signing session data to other entities, countries, or international organizations. When SignDoc Standard is integrated into other business process management (BPM) systems, signing session data is usually provided by them. The system or account owner is responsible for any transfer of finalized documents and audit trails that exist in SignDoc after signing processing is completed.
