Configure a Quick AI Agent workflow

You can configure the flow of a solution using the Workflow tab.

  1. On the TotalAgility Quick AI Agent page, click the Workflow tab.

    By default, a Start node is added in the Designer area. For a Start node, the default name (Start) appears in the Title field. Click the node and enter a new name to change the name for the node as needed. From the Start node, you can add rules, True/False Conditions, sub-processes, mail, Generative AI, and other nodes such as RPA and Design to create a workflow.

  2. Click the Start node.

    The Activity properties panel is displayed.

  3. To add a new node. click below the Start node.

    The Add activity dialog box is displayed.

  4. Add the following nodes as needed and configure them:

    You can undo or redo to remove or reapply your changes for the nodes and their properties.

  5. Click Add

    The node is added.

  6. Add an end node.
  7. Click Publish on the ribbon bar.

    • The solution items are created within the category selected in the App settings.

    • Any processes created as part of a Quick AI Agent workflow are available for reuse within TotalAgility Apps.
