The eCopy Visual Workflow Editor provides an alternative way for configuring various connector workflows in a more comfortable and effective way as compared to the legacy method. Using a drag-and-drop capable visual interface with button-like controls, users can easily compile virtually any kind of connector workflows by simply placing the required workflow elements into the editor lane.

The visual editing capability allows you to access each and every configurable option that was previously only available via the property grid based editing.

The workflow elements are arranged into three categories:

• Connector features (Encryption, Preview, Splitting, and so on) located in top panel
• Connector settings (Connector settings, Scanner settings, Personal (for QuickConnect), RapPID, Data Publishing, Token Vault (appears only at those connectors which supports modern authentication: Exchange, SharePoint, NetDocuments, Worksite)) located in bottom panel
• Services and extenders (Lookup Document Service, Highlight and Redact Extender, and so on) located in top panel
