Destination Settings tab
Use this tab to specify a Microsoft SharePoint destination.
- Name
-
Enter a name for your export connector. This name is referenced in the Export Connector window. The name is not required, but may help you keep track of your export connectors if you use the Kofax Capture multiple export feature. The Name field is visible from all tabs in the setup window.
- Site URL
-
Displays the URL to the Microsoft SharePoint login site.
- Use fixed destination
-
Select to specify a fixed destination at the site URL.
- Browse button
-
Click to browse for a fixed destination (the Microsoft SharePoint library path and folder path) in the Export Root Destination window.
- Use dynamic destination
-
Select to specify a dynamic destination at the site URL. If you select this option, you also need to specify the subsite URL, library name, and folder name. Use a dynamic destination to use a macro for one or more destination parameters, so you can send data to different places in the Microsoft SharePoint site, depending on the macro values.
When using a dynamic destination, all content types displayed in the export connector are retrieved from the site (as opposed to the library when using a fixed destination).
