Document Settings tab
Use this tab to specify links between the various Kofax Mappings and columns within a Microsoft SharePoint content type.
- Content type

Select a content type from a list which is obtained from the selected Microsoft SharePoint destination. The Content Type selection list only contains content types that can be included in the selected document set.
If a content type has required columns that are linked to unsupported data types, it is not displayed in the list of available content types. For more information, see Data type compatibility.
- SharePoint Columns

Displays the Microsoft SharePoint columns obtained from the selected content type. Required Microsoft SharePoint columns are shown with an asterisk (*). Provide Kofax Mappings for all required Microsoft SharePoint columns. Input for all other columns is optional. Hidden columns and unsupported data types are not displayed.
- Kofax Mappings

Enter a combination of text and Kofax Mappings.
To enter a descriptive piece of text to be used "as is," click the box and type your desired text.
To enter one or more values, click the button to display a menu with the following options:
- Document Index Fields

Displays a list of Kofax Capture index fields defined for the document class. If no document index fields are defined for the document class, this option is not available.
- Folder Index Fields

Displays a list of Kofax Capture index fields defined for the folder class. If no folder index fields are defined for the folder class, this option is not available.
- Batch Fields

Displays a list of Kofax Capture batch fields defined for the batch class. If no batch fields are defined for the batch class, this option is not available.
- Kofax Values

Displays a list of Kofax Values.
