Update AP Agility Email Approval From Address variable

By default, all emails sent by Kofax TotalAgility are from the email address configured in its SMTP settings. Since this is not ideal for all situations, it is possible to override this setting so that any emails sent by Kofax AP Agility use a different email address.

You can configure the AP Agility email address that sends all emails from Kofax AP Agility by following these steps.

  1. Open Kofax AP Agility and log on as an Administrator.
  2. From the menu, select Settings > Administration > Variables.

    A list of Variables is displayed.

  3. From the list of variables, select Email Approval From Address and then click Edit

    The Edit Variable window is displayed.

  4. Edit the Email Approval From Address variable with the desired email address and then click Save.

    The value of the Email Approval From Address is updated to reflect your changes. All emails sent by Kofax AP Agility now use this updated email address.
