Configure TotalAgility SMTP settings

Before users can use email approval notifications, it is necessary that you configure a dedicated email server that is used to manage the notification emails.

You can configure an email approval inbox by following these steps..

  1. Launch the TotalAgility Designer
  2. From the navigation menu, select System > System settings > Email server (SMTP).

    The Email server (SMTP) window is displayed.

  3. Enter the relevant information for your dedicated email approval notifications email server and then click Save.

    The email server for email approval notifications is configured.
