Configure Job Schedules for email notifications
In order to use email notifications in Kofax AP Agility, it is necessary to create a job schedule in Kofax TotalAgility.
You can configure a job schedule for email notifications by following these steps.
- Launch the TotalAgility Designer

On the navigation pane, click

A list of Job schedules is displayed for the Default Category.
- From the Category list, select AP Agility.

Click
New and in the
New job schedule window, add the following information.

Enter a
Name for the job schedule. For example,
EmailNotifications.
- Select Active.
- From the Processes list, select the AP Agility category, and then select the AP Workflow Email Notifications process.
- Optionally, set any other required options.

Enter a
Name for the job schedule. For example,
- Click Save.
