Configure Job Schedules for email notifications

In order to use email notifications in Kofax AP Agility, it is necessary to create a job schedule in Kofax TotalAgility.

You can configure a job schedule for email notifications by following these steps.

  1. Launch the TotalAgility Designer
  2. On the navigation pane, click System > Job schedules.

    A list of Job schedules is displayed for the Default Category.

  3. From the Category list, select AP Agility.
  4. Click New and in the New job schedule window, add the following information.
    1. Enter a Name for the job schedule. For example, EmailNotifications.
    2. Select Active.
    3. From the Processes list, select the AP Agility category, and then select the AP Workflow Email Notifications process.
    4. Optionally, set any other required options.
  5. Click Save.
