Scan capture solution

All the capture solutions using "Scan create new job" forms are available in Workspace under the Apps menu. You can scan your capture solutions from this menu and change scan settings, import files, reclassify documents, and more.

The capture solutions that are displayed here use "Scan create new job" forms and not the Device create new job forms.

  1. On the header bar of your Workspace dashboard, click Apps > Quick Capture.

    The Capture Solutions page lists the existing solutions with links to their respective scan forms.

  2. Click the link for the solution you want to scan. Alternatively, you can search for the solution you want to scan, enter the name of the solution in the Solution name box, and click Search

    The associated Scan create new job form for the capture solution is displayed.

    When you upgrade Kofax TotalAgility, the Workspace package is imported to get the new form and Capture solutions.

  3. In the toolbar of the "Scan create new job" form, you can view or change scan settings, import files, reclassify documents, and more.
