Remove finished jobs

Finished jobs are the jobs which are completed or terminated.

  1. On the Administration menu, click Remove Finished Jobs.
  2. Do one of the following:

    • Select From Specific Period and specify the date and time range in the From and To boxes.

    • Select Remove All to remove all finished jobs.

  3. Click Remove.
  4. Click Yes to confirm the removal.

    A message indicates whether the removal succeeded. Once the finished jobs are removed, the list is available in the audit log.

    If a service account does not have database owner or sysadmin rights, permission is denied to clear the finished jobs.
