View task details
You can view the pending, active, failed, and completed worker tasks for job evaluation, retention, archiving, and all types.
You can view the following details for each worker task type:

The count for pending, active, failed and complete items

Minimum, maximum and average time pending for pending tasks

Minimum, maximum and average processing and pending time for active tasks
-
Minimum, maximum and average time spent for completed tasks (these details are only displayed if the record worker task history is enabled.)

Pending time for the failed tasks

Tasks in each status
You can choose to record the worker task history and retention period for the task types for a specific period and take action (activate or delete) on failed tasks.
Record worker task history

On the Workspace menu, click
Management Console.
The Overview page appears.

To view the status of the worker tasks in the system to determine if the system is processing these tasks in a
timely manner, from the left navigation menu, on the
Tasks menu, select a worker task:
Job Evaluation,
Retention,
Archive or
All Types.
When you select All Types, the Select Worker Task Type list appears. On selecting a task type (default: Reporting), the corresponding tiles and minimum, maximum, and average values are displayed.
The selected worker task page displays the pending, active, failed and complete tasks.
When you click on each tile, you can view the list of tasks in the table. It displays the name of the task, when it was created, taken, completed and the batch (worker task ID).

To record the history of the task type, click
Settings.
The Record Worker Task History dialog box is displayed.

Select the time to
Keep history for a specific period, such as Last 2 Hours. (Default: No History) and click
OK.
Once the retention system task executes, any entries older than the last x hours are deleted.
