Overview of Scan activity
Scan activity is a TotalAgility activity that can be added to a workflow. You can use the Scan activity to scan sheets (pages from documents) into jobs with a workflow process. You can rearrange pages in a document, split documents, delete documents and place documents within folders. You can also add sticky notes to add comments to documents.
Different permissions are required for deleting pages and deleting entire documents. Depending on the permissions set by your administrator you may not be able to delete either or both.
Depending on the form design, information is extracted from the sheet at scan time and used to populate data fields. After a sheet has been scanned, you can verify or enter missing document field data.
