Manage checklists

Use a checklist to build quality sampling and checking into a site. Checklists can be used to guide users through each step in a process. The output from checklists can be used for reporting.

For example, when applying for a credit card online, the customer must provide certain details like name, address, employment status, employer, and yearly income. Once the customer submits the form with the required information, the bank verifies those details and works out the credit limit. Detail verification can involve creating a checklist.

When creating a checklist, create checklist items and use these items to create a template. Then use the checklist template to create different checklists.

You can view, configure, modify and delete checklists items and checklist templates directly from the Workspace. The changes to checklists are reflected in TotalAgility when you launch the application.
