Reset the status of activities
An activity can remain in a taken state if a user takes an activity but does not cancel, save or complete and navigates away from the page. In order for the activity to appear on the work queue again it is necessary to reset the status to pending.
Note that the following actions will also reset the activity status from taken to pending:
- The user logs out of all active sessions
- The user logs in and there are no other active sessions
- Session timeout occurs
- On the Administration menu, click Reset Taken Activities.

On the
Resource list, select the
user or group, and click
Search.
A list of all taken activities belonging to the selected user or group appear.

Do one of the following:

To reset the status of a single activity, select the activity and click Reset to Pending
.

To reset the status of all activities belonging to the selected user or group, click Reset All to Pending
