Manage skins
Optimize your business process management using templates and skins, which are helpful for large organizations with multiple locations across the globe. You can set a new or existing process map, case, and a case fragment map as a process template in TotalAgility.
Once you create a template map, you can create multiple skins and customize them in your site. Use custom settings for each skin to specify unique settings for both the map and activities in a skin. For example, define SLA settings in a skin, which differ from the settings defined in the template.
When you use a skin at runtime, custom settings overwrite template settings. If the skin contains no custom settings, template settings are used by default.
Every time you modify and save a skin, TotalAgility creates a new version. The pending jobs created on a skin always use the latest skin version. To view skin job details, including the customized template map, see the skin Properties page . See Modify live job properties for more information.
